Shipping Destinations We currently ship across India only.
2. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499 — FREE Shipping
- Orders below ₹499 — Flat fee of ₹49
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
4. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
5. Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Use this link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the item and packaging immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@nestura.shop
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund based on your preference.

- Public holidays or natural events
- High-demand periods (festive seasons, sale events)
